Smartplay proudly announces the addition of Kelly Kleinfelder to our executive team as Vice President of Technology and Production. Kelly brings over 25 years of senior-level management experience as a seasoned technology leader with a proven track record of building and transforming IT departments. Her expertise includes developing strategic IT roadmaps, leading digital transformation initiatives, and aligning technology with business goals to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. As Managing Partner of Strategic Elevation Advisory Group, Kelly provided technology consulting to mid-market manufacturing and distribution organizations, focusing on compliance, ERP implementations, and modernization projects.
Kelly’s career highlights include spearheading an ERP transition for a retail distribution company which streamlined business processes and reduced manual work by 25%. Kelly also implemented a 22-point IT transformation plan as CIO at a digital supply chain provider. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from Drexel University and a Master’s in Information Technology Leadership from La Salle University. In 2021, Kelly was named Philadelphia Large Corporate CIO of the Year by InspireCIO.
